Our merchandising department consists of highly qualified team of merchandisers whose prime goal is to provide full satisfaction to our clients starting from securing order to shipment and reporting the status of the order on a regular basis
Services our merchandisers provide to our clients:
» Systematic follow-up on each stage of production and execution of order on time
» Monitoring new trends in fabric, fashion and design
» Locating new reliable sources to meet client requirements with regards to fashion and design
» Introducing new samples to buyers to enable them to expand their business
» Educating the customer about the characteristics and variety of fabrics, dyes, dyeing and the printing process to the buyers requirements.
» Liaison between the clients and our factories and follow-up
» Guiding the supplier in preparation of the range to meet the customer’s requirements with regard to fashion and design and negotiation
Sampling

In-house sampling department equipped with state of the art fabric development technology
Encourage our potential clients to ask us for samples in order for them to guarantee that the end result at their order is 100% satisfactory
Provide potential buyer with samples from our own collection, or we can produce a prototype product designed and chosen by the clients themselves
